Our tutors are retired teachers, professional tutors, test preparation experts, graduate students, instructors, and education gurus with years of experience in teaching. Every single tutor of the Brilliant Tutor will be gone through a screening test and background check.

Where is the Brilliant Tutor available?

We are serving in Delhi NCR and located in various places like South Delhi (Name of the place), East Delhi (Name of the place), Noida, Gurugram easily. Can we connect and speak to someone at the Brilliant Tutor?

Do you test your tutors?

Yes, we do take an interview and screening test of all our tutors before making their profile on the Brilliant Tutor. Additionally, we run a background check of the tutors as well to verify their records, education, and address, etc.

How can I hire a tutor?

You just need to sign-up and create your profile and then you can go to hire a tutor page, fill the necessary details to see all the relevant tutors and you can choose any tutor according to your relevance and convenience.

Where classes will be provided?

Classes will be provided in student’s home, libraries, or even at coffee shops. However, you can finalize the location of the classes with the tutor.

Can we take a demo class?

Yes, you can take a demo class once you finalized or hire a tutor; the demo class will be arranged for you within 48 hours and applicable for 30 minutes.

Can I talk to the tutors before booking the classes?

Yes, your tutor will contact you once your booking is confirmed and the class has been scheduled. You can even take a test or interview with the tutor before finalizing the classes from the tutor.

What if I am not happy with my tutor?

You can contact us instantly if you are not satisfied with your demo class or first class. The Brilliant Tutor will try to find another good tutor for you.

Do you charge any consultation fees?

No, we don't charge any consultation fees or payment from the parents or students.

Can I pay the tutors directly?

Yes,after finishing the sessions or classes you can instantly pay the tutors as well.

Can I get the refunds if I am not satisfied with the tutor?

No, we are not providing any refunds for the services we are offering. We are here to provide you tutors and hiring a tutor is only your decision. So, make sure to hire a tutor by taking their interviews/tests. However, you can inform us immediately that you are not satisfied with the tutor, so we can try to find another tutor for you.

What is the Brilliant Tutor?

The Brilliant Tutor is a marketplace where you can get students or parents looking for home tuitions. This is a home tuition marketplace where you need to sign-up and creates your profile to get home tuition leads.

Can I get a refund if I don’t get any enquiry in 3-4 months?

No, we are not offering any refunds if you don’t get any inquiries in 3-4 months. However, this scenario is very rare, but still; your money will be in your wallet and will be settled until you get any inquiries.

But the best thing is every tutor is getting great leads from our platform, so this scenario is very rare.

What happens if I don’t get success in demo class?

We are here to provide you inquiries or leads and it’s all your responsibility to teach the students very well and has great command in the subjects you are going to teach. If you don’t get success in demo class, it’s all your responsibility; we don’t provide any refunds in such scenarios.

Can I get refunds if I quit the platform?

You can easily quit the platform anytime according to your convenience, but, we are not providing any refunds for the same. However, your money will be kept in your wallet for 1 year from the day you sign-up and created your profile.

I am not getting leads matching with my fees and time schedules, can I get refund?

No, we don’t provide any refunds in such scenarios as it’s a marketplace and you can get leads from anywhere, anytime, and any rates. The final decision will be always yours to choose the students, fees, and timings.

I got some classes in starting but after sometime, I am not getting classes, can I get refunds?

As we are a home tutor marketplace, our work is to provide you inquiries and leads only. Taking regular leads or inquiries is up to you, the better you teach students, the more leads you get. So, accept the students for only those subjects in which you are expert and have great command.

I have submitted a request for a class but it was not allotted to me, can I get refunds?

As our platform is for tutors and multiple teachers are submitting requests on every lead, there are equal chances to get selected or rejected by the student or parent. The greater you teach the greater your chances are to get selected.

What happened if I am not getting leads from a specific location?

As we are serving in locations like East Delhi, West Delhi, North Delhi, South Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram and getting great inquiries from these locations. We are not guaranteeing you to give you lead in or from a specific location.

How much tuition can I get?

It is upon your availability and convenience; you can get as much tuition you want.

How may I get the payment?

The payment is directly received by tutors from the students or parents and the mode and time of the payment could be decided accordingly between the parents, students, and tutors.
